Will be a breath of fresh air to have someone young in the building in that role
And he’ll have about as much power as a breath of fresh air too

Ageist.
It'll be good to have someone so slim too.

Lingy is going to seem like the glory years
Quite correct, people can slate Ling all they like, but Non-league with no players to League One will take some beating.
IMO without ML's dedication in those first months and years after the take over we would have tumbled down the pyramid and struggled to return.
Whatever the next DOF does it will never natch the effort and love Lingy gave here.
Thank you Martin.

Announcement within next 24 hours
Given your previous posts are about George Moncur joining Huddersfield and Alzate moving for £8m, you’ll have to forgive me if I take this one with a grain of salt.

Will be interesting to see how the Wellens we have come to know will take to working with a chubby young academic who has never kicked a ball.

look at the replies - tells you a lot about how Oxford fans think of him. Cannot believe this thread seems was the butterfly (moth, rather) that flapped it's wings and eventually caused the Beeb to write that. Circle of poo poo.

Was left in Reception for too long with no-one bringing him coffee, so decided the vibes were off and headed back up the M40.
