If Huddersfield want to send him out on loan I wouldn't mind seeing back with us for a short while .

Can't wait til next weekend when the same Boarders tell us YET AGAIN whether Koroma made a mistake moving to Huddersfield/did the right thing moving to Huddersfield and whether they'd have him back on an imaginary loan/wouldn't have him back on an imaginary loan.
It's truly fascinating.

Obviously didn't sign to be a squad player.
You think he thought he was going to be a first teamer?
Highly likely they’ll have him in with them for a few months to have a proper look at him, then send him out for some game time in January. Would love him back here for a few months.

No. I'm saying it was probably clear to him he would not be in the first team squad.

I don't think Koroma is particularly bothered by not playing, he probably spent all Saturday afternoon looking at his bank balance

That’s really insulting. Both Josh and Macca will be itching to play football.

Not sure why Huddersfield would be in free fall and not give Koroma the chance to even warm the bench,

He scored for their U23's in the EDT last week and seemed to have a decent game. He'll get his chance.

Yeah, I know he's earning bundles. And yeah, I know he's getting better coaching and what not.
But can you imagine going from playing - and scoring - in front of 5 - 6,000 adoring fans every other week all chanting your name, to playing against Oxford United's under 23 team in front 2 men and a dog?

He's been there less than 3 months, give him a chance. His ceiling has been massively raised by moving.

Makes sense to give him game time in L2 this season, then use him when they’re in L1 next year.

Josh not in the matchday squad again. Strange situation. Are they seriously of the belief that he's not worth a place on the bench? Ridiculous.

He’s obviously not Championship standard at the moment.
Neither are their team, to be fair.

If the managers doesn’t pick him then that’s what he thinks.
My mates son plays for Colchester and was promoted to the first team squad, he played all pre season did well by all accounts and I was looking forwards to possibly watch him play against us yesterday. Instead he’s been put back to the U23 team (why have they got one and we don’t?) as the manager feels he needs that extra development.
I guess that’s he same for Josh right now, long term I’m sure he will be ok.

Fascinating weekly Koroma update. A true service to the Board.

Too much on here of Ex Player Adulation Syndrome. I read about it in the Lancet, so it is a true condition.

Impressive how many on here know so much about Huddersfield's squad that they can confidently say the manager is an idiot for not giving Koroma a game as well.

In the self same spirit, nice to see that Bonne got half an hour yesterday. Hope they both do well

Whilst I’m not looking myself, it’s always nice to know how well our ex players that go on to do better things.
Didn’t judge Dread used to post on all ex player movements? Nothing wrong there either, remember once an O always an O.
