Unless you’re suggesting we actually sat back with 5 men across the back line at al times. 😂
5-3-2 & 3-2-5 are very different in the.ste up
Do you actually know so little about playing footbball ?

If its the same why are we not just saying we play a formation of 1-10 ?

5-3-2 is set up as a much more defensive option
Players holding back more with an option to break forward
Keeping your opposition restricted coming forward & is telling your opponents
we know your decent but we think we can stop you.

3-5-2 just watch Peps Barcelona or watch ajax vids of the 70s

Explains it in a much better way than words ever could.
Mate, it's the same thing.

It's semantics and pretty tedious, but there is a difference. The back 5 that San Marino, for example, employ is very different to the back 5/3 that England used at the world cup.

Fact is this is his first proper stint as a manager, in pretty dire circumstances as it happens, and he deserves a fair shot at it. Screaming for his head at 3.5 games into a season is pathetic. He may well still fail but his very brief reign has been promising so far.
I see how you covered yourself with that last sentence.. Look, there's nothing too complicated here. Some hold the opinion that, as an untried manager, this is a step too far for Ross and they think that under the circumstances that has happened to this club over the past six months, an experienced manager would be much better. Just their feeling, that's all. Nothing personal, and I'm sure they all really want him to succeed. But to say they have been "screaming for his head" is a bit of an exaggeration to say the least..

Not covering myself to say he might fail but he needs time before being judged is it? Entire point is that a lot of idiots had assumed the worst with a sample size of 3.5 games because deep down, they think this is a soft appointment, and are applying a different standard of expectation than they would an external appointment.

And they look both miserable and stupid right now. Complain when the actual results and the season is tanking, not half way through game 4.

"screaming for his head?" Way over the top,and only stirs things up, unnecessarily, amongst the fans.

Not sure you’re talking about the same groups of people here.

There are only a few idiots calling for him to go now.
