He never apologises or admits he is wrong. Just disappears until the next opportunity to have a dig at the club. A truly impotent cock.

He was forced into the change.
He should have abandon the 5 at the back after Macclesfield.
Anybody on the coaching staff should know what a dangerous player Dennis is.

To be fair to all those doubters we have had a few dodgy managers in the past but that was under β€œhe who shall not be named” who didn’t have a clue and was looking at a quick win and a quick dollar. The current board have Orient’s best interest at heart I believe, we have a solid group of players, great backroom staff, and a bond that I think will be a lot stronger due to the recent events.

This will in time be a successful team and results like tonight will start to become more regular.

I am glad we won but what were Mansfield doing? They gave up at half-time. thankfully.

Big question mark about recruitment this summer - Bonne and Koroma out (Β£700K IN). We sign two players who don't (at present seem to be able to do the business)

Unthinkable that we could drop down again
T&T - not a time for sentiment - I'd put the whole football side of the club under scrutiny - especially ML!
Seems like ML especially, did a good job in the players he helped bring in

Fair comment, changes that had to be made at half time when 2-0 down, may as well go for it, no guts no glory.
Perhaps lessons learned that we have not got the wing-backs to play with the three centre half system in this league and when doing so, we starve the forwards of any decent service. Keep it simple, play with wingers going down the flanks, no good trying to get the type of fullbacks that we have, to go and do a wingers job.

But it does kind of prove that some people weren’t watching properly as the formation was defo 4 3 3 in the second half not 4 4 2

Quite amusing reading back page one of this thread.

I said last week that Ross needs to be given 12 games before anyone even considers pressing the panic button, we learnt last night that he can make the right call when needed so well done to him. We will learn more about him as a head coach in the coming weeks and the usual suspects will need a little bit of patience rather than massive knee jerk reactions after 17 days of the season but some people need a large slice of humble pie this morning.

My only concern at the moment is he needs to tone down his reactions on the sideline and be a bit more even when things happen on the pitch, saying that given some of the muppets we have had who have stood on the sidelines almost motionless in the "he who cannot be named" days it's nice to have someone with the passion he has, just needs to reign it in a little bit.
