Nah, if Galbraith has stopped sh*tting, he’s straight in the team.

If he hasn’t stopped sh*tting, he’s in a nappy and straight in the team.

Our most important player by far.

Thought Donley would keep his place, good to see at least Galbraith is in the squad, he will probably be needed this afternoon. Tricky conditions up there I would imagine.

Good to see both Perkins and Donley finding their feet at last. A couple of acceptable performances again.

Although still think Obeiro ranks above them right now…

I think he is too lightweight. So easily knocked off the ball.

Yes that’s his real weakness, he needs to bulk up a bit and be a bit more physical.
He still probably offers more than Kelman just now

There is no evidence to support that. The games he played in , we lost. He is not first choice by a long way.

The evidence I’m basing that on is zecs performances compared to Perkins and donkeys performances.

I believe Donley and Perkins have lost more games than zec this season……

Not even about bulking up, just about being more physical going into challenges (and anticipating being challenged).

I wasn’t wrong, was I!
Would make a good signing, if he’s out of contract end of season be good to get him in this window & free up a loan space, as RW said last night most of the forwards they are offered are loans, which doesn’t help in increasing the available match day squad.

Can't fault his effort last night, and he did a job keeping their defenders busy, but he never really posed a threat with the ball.

Apart from the assist to Kelman?
I think most folk are agreed Perkins had a very good game yesterday, but I guess can’t please everyone.

Some of the comments on here haven’t aged too well.
Just as well that Ritchie is the manager and see the likes of Perkins & Donley in training every day.
In RW we trust.

Pleased with his performance, sure. Sign him up, please? Not so much.

Ok, good idea, let’s not sign up players who have shown massive improvements, are match fit, contributing strongly, young, bags of potential. Let’s just let them go then let Bristol Rovers or whoever pay £500k for them next season.
We can start the whole process over again with a fresh loan
Right, that makes massive sense.

He was good last night, by far and away his best game for us.

I was stating you were wrong about his previous performances, where he was absolutely awful.

If he could just cut out the almost over stylised play he would be even better, sometimes he plays the pass with too much style or the control and it costs a second, just play it normally

One to keep an eye on, as once his Leeds contract expires on the big wages, he will have to drop to someone like us and normal money, so he could be here for a good few years yet

Funny thing is I only commented on Perkins when he’s performances had improved considerably, so I wasn’t wrong.
In fact I’m 100% right.
Opening line of thread

‘Looks a different player over the last month.’

That seems fairly self explanatory to me .

I like him as a player and thought he played well last night. I like the way he plays, however to your point, its knowing when to use it and when a simple or quick pass is required. That comes with time and experience and he is a much better footballer INV from the one that turned up in the summer last year.

I think he linked up well with Charlie and want to see this continue, I hope we can sign both in the summer.
