The disappointment should be more aimed at the fact that we as a country don't produce many good coaches. There clearly aren't any English managers better than Tuchel and their priority is winning a tournament. I'm disappointed that the FA don't think any English managers are better than Tuchel, or did the question of the financial amount of "compensation" involved in nicking a manager from a club put them off?
