The last thing that those affected by this awful event need is idiots causing trouble.
What are these scumbags protesting about? What are they hoping to achieve?
God knows, they apparently don’t come from Southport or even Merseyside but just want to have a go at the Police.
The attack is shocking and beyond horrible……..The yobs gathered outside a mosque but the attacker of the young girls wasn’t a Moslem at all FFS
I hope the EDL are proud of themselves

Interesting - and utterly depressing - thread on how quickly disinformation spread yesterday (some of which was repeated on here, looking at you DivB) with the inevitable consequences we saw yesterday evening.
Also, maybe one for another thread, but the guys who were all crying about the coppers taking a whack or two at Manchester Airport last week seem to be slightly slower to condemn the significant injuries meted out to Merseyside Police officers by yobs breaking up people's walls and driveways to fetch more bricks and missiles. Interesting.

But as you've seen above already, the far-righties would retort with the same response to the lefties. Where was our outrage at the thugs that attacked the coppers last week, where a female police officer had her jaw or nose broken or not broken or something?
