Anyone needing a reminder as to why Evans is so widely disliked just needs to visit his Wikipedia page.

Well depends as to which supporters you talk to. Many of the ones I know or speak to have never really forgiven him for being the manager of the team which beat Os in the playoff final plus a lot of ridicule directed towards him because of his personal looks eg body weight.

Lingy had a serious bust up with Evans when he was managing Boston and Lingy managing the O’s.
