I totally agree . I completely understand why the club didn't appoint a new Head Coach from outside the club but quite frankly it's doing nobody any favours by holding off appointing somebody new ASAP. . I'm far from panicking but it's clear from today that we need a more new experienced Head Coach brought in to sort things out .
