As long as Richie keeps picking him, I must be wrong.
I just don’t get it.
Must see stuff in training. Someone told me Pigotts on 149 goals for the season in training

Truly miles out of his depth at L1 level based upon what I’ve seen of him so far.

Yet gets on in front of Pigott . What does that tell you ?

Might be part of the loan deal, x starts or minutes

Pigott’s days are extremely numbered, if we can get someone to take him.
Between Pigs, Edwards and Adu-Adjeyi we have zero goal threat , RW must be so frustrated

I think it is obvious to anyone what a massive mistake was made on these three signings, yet again a massive cock up from the transfer committee, when will they ever learn ?

If we know who we want and are sure we need to move quicker in the transfer market , that's for sure . We don't want a repeat of January's disappointment

Didn't our target say No. moving quicker doesn't make him say Yes. Ask Ebou Adams

Edwards had by far his best game for us today. A couple of half decent touches/headers. Still totally out of his depth and no goal threat whatsoever tho.

Not exactly a high bar, is it?

The more we’ve relied on the 3 strikers, the more laughable Nigel’s ‘we’re really going for it’ bollocks sounds.

I always question those comments. Especially as we were really going for the playoffs when we sacked Embleton and put in charge McAnuff, which effectively retired him when he was one of our only real regular good performers in that side.
Just glad he didn't say he was one of the best signings this club will ever make.

He’s now played in 7 games, around 3 1/2 hours of football as a central striker, without anything remotely like a shot on goal.
The only ‘chance’ he’s had was the rebound from Ruels shot that he didn’t react to quickly enough and the ball hit him in the face.

That neither of them are making much of a contribution. What does it tell you?

What it tells me is that Pigott is finished at Orient .

Edwards is earning a fraction of what Pigott is, and his loan comes to an end soon anyway. He's not the problem child here.

It’s the person responsible for these signings that’s the problem here

Is it a problem when players like O'Neil and El Mizouni are signed?

You can definitely tell the difference between our first choice targets that we take our time over and the last minute knee jerk reaction signings that are dumped in Richie.

Totally agree, so much for always having players lined up.
