Proves what sort a of a fan you are....
Its a spare ticket, I'm still going myself. No real fan would miss this Promotion Party evening.
Does that mean the winning bidder will be sitting next to you? It might affect the amounts bid - one way or another - so I think you should advertise the fact.
I do believe it's a free for all with the seating at Gillingham , you just sit where you like ( in my case it's well away from the nob heads who spend the whole game standing up ).

The one willing to pay the most is obviously the biggest fan. It’s simple - if you are only up for paying £20, you’re a less big fan than someone paying £40 - and it’s measurable; your litrelly a 60% bigger fan in that context, with it growing accordingly, eg, pay £60, and you’re a 120% bigger fan than the £20 cheapskate

That’s pretty impressive. It makes me wonder why more people don’t do this with their unwanted tickets - if the demand is there, it’s a win-win - you get the extra cash (always helpful) and the buyer gets to see a match they otherwise wouldn’t have. To me, that’s community

Nope but never have agreed with ticket touting and it's illegal. Hope we don't get any bans on morality grounds for a while.

I thought that was against the message board rules to conduct illegal activity on it.

DO NOT post comments that break the law, or encourage/support breaking of the law. This includes but is not limited to libel, contempt of court, breach of copyright and the live ‘streaming’ of matches.

Bit rich when of the mods does this.

Definition of a ticket tout

a person who buys up tickets for an event to resell them at a profit.

Aren't you doing that then?

Heads up - when you buy a chocolate bar from a shop, you’re paying more for it than the shopkeeper did. Are you also angry about chocolate touts?

No, it was bought with the intention of being used, but the guy will be watching the CL games instead.

This is a resale.

How embarrassing for you to try to correct someone's grammar and getting it wrong.

The correct word is "your" in the context it was used by me

So now I'm not only not sure of your % figures, but I am also fairly sure that your grammar is lacking in accuracy

A resale would be selling it for the price you bought it at.

a person who buys up tickets for an event to resell them at a profit.

Are you not reselling it making a profit them?

Seems it's alright to break the rules as long as you do the modding. It's a bit rich after the bans that were being handed out over the weekend.
