If it's to be a female presenter, then Emma Barnett gets my vote.

I'm also going to predict that this news will be met with a wave of outrage, mainly by people who never actually watch UC.

I watch UC and now and again I get a question correct. Sometimes two.
I'm outraged that a Tory Russian sleeper agent can be climbing the greasy pole at the BBC so easily.

I once got a question right, and then proceeded to get all of the following bonus questions right too. And what made it even sweeter was that the team on the telly didn't.Max B Gold wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 11:40 amI watch UC and now and again I get a question correct. Sometimes two.

Yeah, you can only get so far with lucky guesses a bit like that turdle word puzzle.Dunners wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 11:44 amI once got a question right, and then proceeded to get all of the following bonus questions right too. I thought Emma was excellent when for a short while she stood in as a replacement for Andrew Marr as the host of BBC One's flagship Sunday morning politics show, that was when he was ill after suffering from a stroke. I would have liked her to get the job full time when Marr retired.
