Commuting and then sitting in workplaces with other people can only encourage the spread of virus'. It's no coincidence that one of the biggest commuter belts into London is now in Tier 2.
Looks like this was only true for the day we went into march lockdown, when there were 3k I'm hospital, but this rose to 17k in April.
