So in theory fewer people will spread the virus in a Shared Household.

You are quoting US. I am talking about Uk currently.

In the US, if someone dies, the hospital gets $7000, if they have covid $14000, if covid and on a ventilator $36,000. I can only see that you would get your ill patients to get covid, for the extra money. Numbers follow the money, especially in American healthcare.

Do you mean patients pay for it & sometimes the government of

You sound like you are saying having covid patients means the hospitals get rewarded !

So you're suggesting that US hospitals routinely parade patients with covid through wards (or some similar process) so that as many patients as possible catch covid and die? I can see how that would work. Nobody would ever suss that out.

Hi Dunners. These are the places to get the raw data. I hear many thougths on the stats from medical professionals, who have close interest and contact with the ground level.

To pick up from his north south divide, the figures for where I live and work have dropped in the last 2 weeks, this is south east london and north west kent.

Yeah, I know where to get the raw data. But I also find it interesting to read interpretations of it from people who are far more expert at understanding it than I.

On second thoughts, don't bother to explain. You've already suggested that US hospitals are indulging in a conspiracy to murder their patients in order to increase profits. Whilst acknowledging that US business follows the money, this is just too whacky. I'm out.

So we're now back at level 4 on the nando's scale, which means current social distancing measures remain. Level 3 which we have just moved on from used to say exactly that but now says gradual easing of restrictions, which of course used to be level two. Level four was 30 minures of outdoor exercise a day but now means pubs shut an hour early. Clear?

That article refers to 188 countries having Covid 19.

Apart from North Korea ( Ha ha ha) what other countries have claimed not to have any cases at all?
