I thought of Michael Martin the ex Speaker when wallpaper was mentioned by The press and also Bercow who spent hundreds of thousands to keep his wife happy. Both left their Office with clouds over them. Bercow’s wife disgraced herself in that sheet and the Gypsy Doherty she flirted with.

Let's hope so. Maybe Starmer will resign. What a useless tool he is .

Quite what Labour were thinking with their choice of candidate is beyond me. So yeah, this looks like a Tory win.

What's happened? How did Labour lose a seat they had held since it was created?

They had an excellent candidate, ran a superb campaign, had some policies that were going to make a real difference to the local people.

According to their bloke on the news.

The people that are still supporting Labour had better get used to this. The tories will be in power for year and years.

Labour is finished now. Eventually a new Centre-left party will form, but it will take years for it to be able to challenge the tories

Starmer, should resign because he stands for nothing, is about as inspirational as a plank of wood, and will never win over traditional Labour supporters.
This result was so predictable

That's what happens when you treat the electorate with contempt .

I used to vote Labour years ago and then along came Tony Blair and they lost me . It now feels like the Labour Party only caters for the middle class Rejoiner types in North London. It's not good enough and they don't resonate with the working class anymore.

When such a traditionally lefty workforce turns against you, you know it’s gone to sh*t.

Has Mandelson and his cabal demanded Sirkier step down yet?

Another party political attempt at voter manipulation?
This website was only set up in 2021 and they don't even know how to spell 'subscribe' !

Maybe there is no gutter too low for Tory party misinformation and manipulation of the electorate?

Possibly a joint effort by Mossad and Rupert Murdoch

Clive Evans wrote: ↑Thu Apr 29, 2021 10:08 pm One great result of Brexit. As Norway not a member of the EU we are able to negotiate a fishing deal directly with them. But the Norwegians didn't think much of our offer and told us " on yer bike"- Result we are now banned from cod fishing in Norwegian waters. Humber fisherman going potty. So it's gonna have to be more expensive plaice or skate & chips from now on ( or you can always have dogfish ).........Brexiteers where are you?
As a Brexiteer I have to say I'm disappointed with the lack of a Norwegian fishing deal . My strong advice to our government is to get back to the negotiating table and try again . Surely there has to be a compreise .

I agree with Ronnie. Labour have got some serious problems . I feel Boris has done the right thing refitting the Downing Street kitten and changing the wallpaper because he's going to be living there for the next ten years . Come to think about it , who would have guessed it that whoever paid for the wallpaper and refitted kitchen wouldn't resonate with the voters .
