Are you saying the Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists don't use human shields? Even their leaders have admitted that they do.
I find it deeply disturbing how somebody who supposedly considers himself to be 'human' can just flick away the knowing and deliberate genocide as 'quite ok and justified'. Evil thrives when the humanity of others is rubbished.

They are terrorists. That’s what terrorists do. Doesn’t give Israel the right to commit breaches of international law , slaughter innocent women and children , or bomb hospitals and schools. Those on here that refuse to condemn Israel’s actions are no better.

If you admit that Hamas/Hezbollah use human shields (which you have done) or site their operations in, for example, a hospital or a school (which they do), Israel is not breaching international law if it goes after targets in those places.

If you think Israel should not go after those targets that is an opinion you are entitled to, but the argument that Israel should stand by and do nothing while terrorists "do what they do" - such as fire rockets into Israel on a daily basis - is ridiculous.

And nobody wants to see the slaughter of innocent people, in case that's not clear.

Nobody has said Israel should stand by and do nothing. Everybody with an ounce of humanity are saying that the indiscriminate slaughter of innocent citizens is criminal. This is no longer about Hamas or Hezbollah. It’s about the destruction of Palestine and Lebanon.

In fact there is an article this morning stating that our previous government were on the verge of sanctioning two senior Israeli ministers as terrorists. Your continued defence of Israeli actions , and their failure to abide by international law sickens me.

Are you suggesting that these comments are acceptable?

Earlier this year, Smotrich suggested it might be "justified and moral" to starve Gazans and has called for Palestinian residents to leave and make way for Israelis who could "make the desert bloom".

The old fashioned sponge and bucket treatment, and that should soon heal up.

Oh well

How many leaders have they got though? I'm sure they've killed about 50 of them by now.

Pretty graphic photo. May be a good idea to remove as kids probably look at the Board.
Good point, and have done so. You might want to edit your quote too.

No, I was just saying that it's nonsense to use the excuse of human shields to blow hundreds of thousands of people to pieces and decimate their territory. If you think that is accepaible, it shows how little you value a certain groups human life.

You'd think after more than half a century, they would have learned by now.

You can't remove resistance to occupation and apartheid by killing people.

From the Guardian tonight >
According to a Downing Street spokesperson, Starmer told Netanyahu that he was alarmed to hear about what Netanyahu called an “assassination attempt” on his life.

The statement reads:
The Prime Minister spoke to the prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, this afternoon.
The prime minister said he was alarmed to hear about the drone launched towards Prime Minister Netanyahu’s home this morning.
They discussed the situation in the Middle East following the death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, who the prime minister said was a brutal terrorist and that the world is a better place without him.

No comment from Starmer about news auch as this (from the same Guardian reporting line as referenced above).

Gaza rescuers say more than 400 killed in past two weeks in Israel assault on territory’s north
Gaza’s civil defence agency said on Saturday that more than 400 Palestinians were killed in the north of the territory over the past two weeks during an ongoing military assault Israel says is aimed at preventing Hamas militants from regrouping.

I don't believe there are enough flowers in the world for the more than 40,000 Palestinian people, slaughtered in cold blood in a genocide by Israel.

Watched "The Teacher" at the Forest Cinema in Walthamstow today. It was released in the UK only 3 weeks ago but premiered at the 2023 Toronto Film Festival just a few weeks BEFORE the 7th October 2023, the events of that day which Netanyahu uses to justify his full scale attack and genocide on Gaza and now majorly extending to other countries in the region. For all those who believe Netanyahu's actions are justified 'because of 7th October' - you really should watch this!
