So whoever comes 4th will have a min of 3 points but will, presumably, not qualify as one of the best 3rd - even if a team with just 2 points makes it? OR have I got that massively wrong?

True. Winning this group sees us playing 3rd place from groups D, E or F. Coming second sees us playing Germany.

What about if we finish 3rd?

Depending on the draw, we'd play the winner of either Group E (f*ck knows, but possibly Belgium) or F (probably Portugal) in the next round. if we don't fancy our chance of winning tonight, we may want to try and f*ck things up so badly that we somehow end up in 3rd place.

Most teams play inverted wingers these days, the point of having full backs play on their natural foots side is that you get width from their overlap whilst the inverted wingers cuts in. He was very effective for Arsenal when he played on the left wing and nothing to stop from swapping him to the opposite wing in the actual game, many teams and players do that, e.g swap wings.
