love that FoF’s example is LITERALLY that he couldn’t imagine someone being guilty of stealing from a vending machine til he watched his relative do it over his shoulder

What seems evident from the submissions above and elsewhere is that the Lucy Letby Defence team was responsible for putting together a shoddy case. Given the dire seriousness of, and public interest in the case, this is unforgiveable.

"The inquiry also hears that "dislodgement" of breathing tubes occurred in 40% of shifts that Lucy Letby worked while on a placement at another hospital"
