Or maybe Starmer read the LP rule book and concluded that Corbyn hadn’t actually contravened any of them? I mean, what with him being a barrister and ex-DPP he’d probably know a thing or two about legal matters, no?
Or maybe Starmer didn't make the decision at all

Helps if you actually read the link

I post the second tweet up because I think it's an important point about perception. (But acknowledge the problem is still massive for Labour and will be for some time/forever).

The references are in there, although it could also be 0.06%. Which I would think is more likely.

It's not whatabouttery at all, Corbyn should have gone and really should stay gone - and Labour has an antisemitism problem. However, you can know and accept there is an antisemitism problem in Labour AND know it was and is also exaggerated for political purpose. Which hurts Jewish people more than anyone.

You know this as well, you're not thick. Don't pretend you are.

Best you go to bed really mate, you clearly struggle with this sort of stuff. You know a 'broken clock' and all that? This racist dullard was the messenger referencing the source.

I always had you down as playing thick rather than being it. My mistake.

In what way is the problem massive if only 0.3% were anti-Semitic. Identify them and kick them out. Job done problem dealt with. Move on.

Hodge needs to be expelled for constantly stirring up controversy and disunity. She is continually bringing the party into disrepute.

Over and above the antisemitism issue she clearly has personal problems with JC.

Because 0.3% is a massive problem. That's not insignificant and Labour's issue goes further than just those people, you get rid of them but have an environment that it breeds in and it'll return.

The point of the tweet I showed was why Corbyn's horrendous, stupidly worded statement got him suspended. It was always going to sound like he meant it existing was exaggerated, and not point out the way people viewed it or politicians used it - both are problems, albeit very different and different in severity.

60,000 sign petition to reinstate suspended Jeremy Corbyn, backed by JVLJewish Voice for Labour has yet to comment on the EHRC report, to which it submitted evidence, turning its attention to supporting the former leader of the party .

0.3% is not a massive problem. You are havering man.

It is exaggerated and yes Corbyns wording could have been more empathetic but you can imagine how wronged he feels after being falsely accused of something he spent his life fighting

There is a long history of Hodge attacking Corbyn.
Don't know how she can claim a moral high ground.

All Political journalist will.

So Andrew Marr on TV a couple of weeks ago.

His quote went along the lines of "The crapper things are for the country the better my job is"

Jezza needs to dip into that fund he has and obtain restraining orders from these reptiles.

If I was his neighbour I would pour a bucket of poo poo over them from the roof.

Starmer is doing himself or the Labour Party no favours by his erratic behaviour.

By not restoring the whip to Jezza, hes splitting the party even more.....this from the man who said he wants to unify the party.

Also, Starmer may be breaking the Labour Parties own rules.....The rules say, every Labour member who becomes an MP, MUST, be a member of the PLP ie take the Labour whip. By denying Corbyn, the whip, he is breaking the rules.

Any legal challenge, by Corbyn, will embarrass Starmer even more .

what a plonker Starmer is

Regardless of whether you're pro, anti or plain old couldn't give a f*** about Corbyn as he's yesterday's man, this latest saga is nothing but good news for the tories.

Had to be a better way somehow for Starmer and the Party to have dealt with this.

Why right now as well? Was there a call for it to be right now? I think they had a bigger window to deal with this.
