Sounds good to me! Moncur would be a good signing, with maybe another cm coming in. But if we have actually managed to get 300k for him which people are saying fair play Martin Ling.
300 K Plus sell on .
Doubt we got a sell on.

Posh did their homework and met the release fee in Hectors contract so the nrgotiations would really have been between Hector/agent and Posh re terms. The buying club pay the release fee to the selling club and that's it deal done.
Only passing on what ive heard , Would be in most young players contracts to have a release clause with add ons, why let an U-23 with bags of potential go so cheaply .

Now we know how King's Lynn felt when we paid £80k for Coleman, best transfer of the window so far!

If people know the figure was £300k, then it'll be because thats the release figure in his contract.

We get shafted yet again. The one player in our midfield that can retain the ball sold.

But good luck to Hector. I'm sure he'll go on to show the know-nothing idiots on here just how good he is.

Ditto, but I still think he'll struggle in L1 from how I've seen him play for the Os.

I agree and to be brutally honest from what I've seen of Hector, I also think he'll be out of his depth in League One . Anyway , he'll now be playing at a higher level so it's down to him to take his opportunity .

what we dont know is if Hectors release clause was an automatic or a goodwill release . Im sure Richie & everyone else know who is coming through as well as targets he has to improve the squad . We'll be fine . :D

Great business for the O’s. We get money for a bloke who can't score goals, gets no assists, can't head the ball and can't defend. Good at 3 yard passes sideways and backwards, though.

Yes but Gary the Plummer says he retains the ball so we must of made a mistake 😂🤦‍♂️

Obviously Posh must see something in Hector that many of us can’t see.
I would like to thank him for his efforts in E10 and wish him luck in L1
Personally I think it’s a good move for him and us……….we can get a better player and for Hector it’s a chance for him to play at a higher level.
I just hope we bring in a Quality replacement.

Its not worth the effort Gary. Some people have made their mind up and won't be wrong, even though he has been played by a succession of Orient Mangers and Peterborough have paid good money for him. He'd still be useless if he played for Manchester City.
