Maguire-Drew, made one scored one. I just had a feeling when he came on he was going to be influential in some way.

YES JMD could well have scored the goal that sends Grimsby to division 2 of the EFL !
GOAL: Solihull 1-2 Grimsby
Jordan Maguire-Drew (112 mins)
IS THAT THE GOAL THAT SENDS GRIMSBY TO THE EFL?
Another extra-time goal! The comeback kings turn it around.
Jordan Cropper's long throw is flicked on by Solihull's Andrew Dallas and Grimsby sub Jordan Maguire-Drew tucks the ball home at the back post.

This is bullshit, isn’t it? Solihull finished in 3rd place, 10 points ahead of Grimsby, and Wrexham finished above them both, yet neither are promoted. Playoffs are only there to make a bit more money for the league.

That's if their players like Dallas aren't taken by higher league clubs . A good game with both teams giving everything . Disappointed Solihull didn't win but I said to my son when Maquire-drew came on that he was a good player . He proved to be their match winner . So we'll be seeing two familiar faces next season in Stockport and Grimsby .

Of course but everybody knew those were the rules before the season started . I assume all the National League Chairman a agreed to it as well .

If Orient did a Grimsby to get into League One, I’ll remind you of this ‘bullshit’

Did you feel so strongly back when we finished behind Scunthorpe and Scarborough, but still got promoted?

They all knew the rules back in August last year, Grimsby did it the hard way that’s all.
Re.JMD, Yes he scored the vital match winner, but apart from that I didn’t see much to make me regret him leaving E10

I agree about JMD. He's a decent player but we now have better.

He also showed a bit of class that he does possess, with a beautiful dummy for the first goal.

Solihull did have to play only 1 game to reach the final so they some sort of advantage.
