It wasn't only because he didn't sign for us .As far as I can remember he implied he was signing for a higher league club than signed for Ebbsfleet.

Alas that showed just how deficient our midfield is in comparison, he's also a master of the dark arts getting our players riled up, takes a booking then doesn't put a foot wrong for the rest of the game. Nasty, niggly player but exactly what we need.

A few on here, seem to dislike him, because he left us, but that wasnt his fault. We could have signed him, but Ling messed up, I believe.

Good luck to the lad
Ling giving him a time ultimatum to sign did not seem to go down at all well, the lesson seemed to be learnt with Ruel who was given far more time than Adams in order to consider his options.

Ling had to give him an ultimatum because he had Dale f*cking Gorman waiting in the wings. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Heโ€™s taken the piss out of our midfield pretty much every time weโ€™ve faced him.

I wish we still had Adams . We never adequately replaced him when he left

Dale Gorman, yes a very strange signing and even stranger that he was rated to be every bit as good as Adams ?
Also wonder why we bothered to sign such an average sort of midfield player, still in recovery from a broken ankle ?

Yes Sidney that particular piece of business still annoys me too. One of the worst football decisions of the last 30 years.

But the club was somehow still able to go one better and sign Reilly who managed to do the unholy trinity of being injured, unfit and never played

We never learn. Who the bloody hell is making these ludicrous decisions. If only we could find a scapegoat my mind would be at rest.

Resricted Budgets you see Max . Pandering to fans wishes for ยฃ49 season Tickets & not being able to sell a couple of thousand fans ,leads to small budgets to buy & employ better players ! Not half wit fans this time , more likely Half Wit owners applying buy it cheap pile it high tactics .

Letโ€™s be honest, except from Adams and Vincelot, we just donโ€™t get good Midfielders at Orient. Donโ€™t even think itโ€™s the decision making tbh, more luck.

Evidence:

Drinan scored 10 goals in his whole career pre Oโ€™s, and then gets 13 for us this season.

Some just donโ€™t step up and fall away, others come out of nowhere. Hopefully we can get someone who comes good this season and have a feeling someone like Wellens will.

Shaun Brookes , Steve Parsons Paddy Grealish etc etc etc could name 20 + genuinely decent at relevent level over 50 years of me watching . How many 20 + goalscoring strikers in the same period ? Midfield has never been our biggest shortcoming

Why is there such an obsession with Ebu Addams amongst the members of this board?
Remember guys, he chose not to stay with Orient, for what ever reason, so let's just let him go
now and move on.
