Cross by Adams from our right, he got a yard away from Khan to whip the ball in. Ray attacks it places it past Vigoroux.

Comes back to the point you can have Kyprianou in there with Pratley but not alongside either of the January CM signings.

I was looking forward to the game until I saw the like up. Yuh can experiment with 2 games to go, or in the close season. People have travelled up and paid to see this.

My word, how on earth did KJ or recruitment team think Ray would be better than Ogie or Thompson, he's facking useless.

I see why he's done it to keep the legs fresh and see if anyone of the reserve players can be counted on going forward. Fairly safe to say we won't see Nouble and Ray again after end of the season but dunno what we can do with Coleman.

Well KJ had some vendetta against Wood so Ogie was honorary LB and Ray was a panic signing to cover Mitchell

Not sure why L2 managers keep thinking they are Claudio Ranieri. Wonder what the medical advice is that the 24 year old Drinnan cannot play a game of football 3 days after his last game.
Tbf Wellens wants to see what the other players can do but suspect after tonight he may have seen enough
He certainly would have seen enough .

It’s dire. RW will need to change things or it’s going to be a long night.

That's why Exeter let him go to a League Two rival . Some goes for the useless Nouble . Bad January transfer business coming back to bite us again . Richie will learn all he needs to know after tonight .

How’s goal machine Nouble played in 1st half?

Pretty much, carrying too many passengers.

We have a decent first XI but a real lack of quality beyond that, no surprise though we've known that since August

So relaxed he's almost horizontal, rather lackadaisical

Well that was a big disappointment. Pretty much what most expected when they saw the line up.

Awful. We’ll lose this without changes and a rethink. Shame really we are on a good run.

As Richie said on the podcast, he doesn't care if we finish 17th or 11th. He basically thinks we need one more win and is experimenting and seeing who's who. I'm not bothered, we aint going down and if it gives us a better chance next season then im all for it.

Getting over run in midfield apart from Hector it seems non-existent, Khan isn't a RB, Smith isn't as mobile as Drinan and Nouble is a waste of space, can see why he couldn't even get in the Colchester squad

The 'transfer committee ' really did their job well in January didn't they?

This is what happens when we play our January duds . For Gods sake take off Coleman , Ray and Nouble and bring on Pratley , Ogie and Drinan.

Smyth, Smyth and Khan have to get into this game a lot more. Need to get more balls into the box. We're not causing Oldham any problems and they're fighting for their League survival.
