I’d have no issue with Ross being number 2; after all there’s only a handful of players that remain from his time at the club.

Whoever it is must be Richie Wellens choice . We’ve hired a new manager so now the Board must back his decisions as well as in the summer with new signings . Please God no more transfer committee.

Managers, coaches, players and even owners come and go. The one constant is the fanes.

As we've always been sh*t, it's time to face the fact that it's us that need to go.
Is that morphing "vane fans" together?

News ‘in the hood’ is that Emberton has contacts at Bedford and you never know he could entice their best striker to come to us at some point.

Bedford have some good players.

I had a Bedford van once.

Perfect contingency to get Ross in so we have someone to replace Wellens in a year

As part of the coaching team, but also getting in someone else.

That is my final straw. No more for me whilst that man is at the O's. I will continue to support the Club by buying a Season Ticket but I will not attend games whilst that cretin is part of our Management. What a pathetic, ridiculous decision it is to appoint him.

he only bets because of boredom - watching us should boost Paddy Powers profits........people deserve a second chance but this is his third or fourth chance. I am not happy with this - especially having watched him play - he looked completely uncomfortable anywhere near a football.

The clubs credibility is in shreds after appointing Paul Terry as Assistant Coach.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s already had a bet on the O’s being relegated!

And to think people on this board was upset about the prospect of Ross returning . TBH I think I would have preferred Ross exactly . Plus I'd also say Ross is a better coach as well .
