Think they are just looking at the odds.corkeireorient wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 10:56 pm just watching EFL on Quest

At this point it’s looking very much like it’s going to be Matt Harold until the end of the season. At the moment It sounds like no manager wants to come hereShav3n Hav3n wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 2:51 pm Would be a great appointment. But we’ll probably end up with Calderwood or Harrold
They must have taken page down to update them. I've just seen the new oddsLoyal_Supporter wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 4:11 pmUpdated them. Gone from odds on to 2/1. Ginger Pele has come in at 5/2.
I think the “nobody wants to come here” narrative is just a line being leaked by the board to cover their own backsides. They were always going to go for Harrold. My guess is that they were hoping he’d pick up a win or two but now are having to rely on the “nobody wants to come here” story to justify their decision.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 3:49 pmAt this point it’s looking very much like it’s going to be Matt Harold until the end of the season. I reckon there’s some truth to this. Any name thinking of coming here is going to have a word with KJ to find out what went wrong. You can only guess what he’ll be saying,Chocolate_brownie wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 5:14 pmI think the “nobody wants to come here” narrative is just a line being leaked by the board to cover their own backsides. If they are suitably qualified , will the owner pay the price or still stick with not so bargain basement Harrold.Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 8:40 pmSomebody will want to come here.
The question is will anyone suitably qualified want to come here after they’ve had a word with KJ.
Or will they have the confidence in their ability clearing up the cack KJ put us in?Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 8:40 pmSomebody will want to come here.

He'll be saying something like " I couldn't sign the players I wanted". For example was Coleman Kenny's signing or Martin Ling's. Kenny was supposed to be the fcuking manager so it's his choice who we sign. Russell built a good squad in 2014 and he didn't need the help of any transfer committee to build it. All we've done is flush money down the drain and now look where we are .Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 5:58 pmI reckon there’s some truth to this. I thought Coleman was being scouted before we signed Kenny . If the January transfer business was all Kenny's choices then he deserved to get sacked .Long slender neck wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 9:50 pm All signings were Kenny's. How many times does this need to be said?
He was the experienced manager . He should have known who and what players to sign . Russell knew
