He strikes me a bit of a weapon. Let's hope the rumors that he's in talks with FTC to buy this place are unfounded.

Twitter is already a cesspit. Whether any new ownership makes it better or worse will only ever be an issue of degrees.

But let's not be distracted. As Spike correctly points out, the real issue is whether FTC intends to cash in and sell this place to him.

I thought it was Facebook for over 40s, twitter for 30s - 40s, insta for 20s - 30s and embarassing 40s, snapchat and the tiktoks for teens and 20s? Plus Forums for all those who refuse to let go of the early 00s.

You're correct. Hence why it's mainly a combination of Insta and Twitter for me (I just use this board in a quirky/ironic sense).
