The Welfare state was introduced so people didn't starve.
It is not for unnecessary luxuries and that includes £30 Takeaways and £5 pints of beer.

If there are ‘starving kids’ Social Services’ are not doing their job. Social Services are well financed to deal with such cases. Are you sure you are not confusing the charity adverts purporting to be from Africa with the reality here? The charities here have Executive Directors on Circa 300k a year. All a load of nonsense. They are not performing either, go protest outside their offices.
