The only problem is Whether Jobi could do another 70-80 mins, but he did look ok tonight.

I think that is our biggest problem
Jobi not being fit or in the team

As Ross says he calms the team & makes us tick

That is also the job of the first coach/manager. Also the job of the man in charge to deliver good team talks to inspire and get the team ready to rock when they take the field !

If Jobi feels unable to do the full 90 minutes, I would prefer him later on in the game to give it his all as an impact sub.
