Spent many a happy evening in Wood Green and regularly got the tube into town from there. Worked for two companies within half a mile from the station also for a short while. Had family who lived there too, Willoughby Road if memory serves.
Must make a nostalgic visit at some point.

Wood green & Palmers Green have always been
Not much different to Walthamstow Leyton Ilford etc.
People who feel unsafe there have really moved away from City Life .
Nothing to worry about .
Those of you who live in quieter or more highly regarded areas have just forgotten
what a bustling city London can be .
You are as likely to be s stabbed to death in Putney as you are 8n wood green
