Each Club shall play its full available strength in and during all Cup Competition matches, unless some satisfactory reason is given. The Board will from time to time issue a policy as to what constitutes 'full available strength'. In the event of the explanation not being deemed satisfactory the Management Committee shall have power to impose such penalties as they shall think fit. The provisions governing disciplinary matters in relation to the Competition are contained in Rule 24.
Again rule 6.5
We would field our strongest possible fit team .

No argument there faith ,
But if if a rule is ok for them it has to be ok for everyone else.
We all know the competition would collapse witout them
But unless the rules clearly state weakened teams are allowed
then the precedent has been set.

Presumably protecting themselves if Orient do need to play the game and put da yoof out (and maybe Matt Harrold).
