Re: Cisse signed
This is a top top signing for us. I'm all Brian Moore right now (over the moon). This is a proper statement of intent by the club.
Welcome to our club for real this time. You made a massive difference when you joined and I can't wait to see what you do and more Importantly what the team does.
Proper made up about this and a tingle of excitement for what lies ahead now.
I also think we have more chance of Ruel signing now this has happened.

I am sure the good news will mask your obvious disappointment. The Big Shot wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:21 pmYeah but you said signing Cisse was never going to happen with Ling at the helm and got a predication wrong. I find it hard to take when someone I look up to gets things wrongDisoriented wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:14 pmStrange post. The Big Shot wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:03 pm That is a major, major boost for us. The impact he had on the players and the club in the few months he was with us, was there for all to see.
Does this mean Martin Ling deserves a pat on the back?
Also, it will be interesting to see where the agendas of Disoriented and Apple Wumble go from here. This is a bit of a blow for them, they'll both be hoping Ruel Sotiriou has signed for another club already.
This is great news. I think you’ll find the only ‘agenda’ is for us to be successful. Only you can be churlish when this is overwhelmingly positive.

Re: Cisse signed
Our weakest position addressed. Now only need to bring in a couple of full backs, a new centre back, a partner in the middle for Cisse and probably a striker, and we won't be far off from having a decent squad...

I thought he had chosen another team. I have never been so pleased to be wrong. Great signing.

I would be happy with just a striker in the mould of Harrold but younger.Mistadobalina wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:47 pm Our weakest position addressed. Refer back to your pathetic thread about him leaving GillinghamThe Big Shot wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:12 pmThe sound of a Big Shots deflated ego - I know the sound of that all too well.BiggsyMalone wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:10 pm The usual fanboys queuing up to praise the DoF for completing the easiest deal in history.

Yes, it's a good signing. Who do you think takes the credit for it?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 8:54 pm Welcome back Cisse. You are very very welcome here. All the best for next season

According to most on here, not Ling or Emberton certainly. They will probably credit Ada.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 9:52 pmYes, it's a good signing. Re: Cisse signed
I'm particularly interested in who ComeOnYouOs credits since he is always quick to slag club staff off but seems to be struck dumb when positive things happen.DuvB wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 11:10 pmAccording to most on here, not Ling or Emberton certainly. Re: Cisse signed
Great signing , well done whoever got this done, the team certainly improved when he joined and this shows a message of intent. If we can only get Ruel to commit now and hopefully a good season awaits.

Re: Cisse signed
You're right, but he's the most irrational and paranoid and always quick to state his right to an opinion, hence why I'm most interested in who he credits for this.Top of the JES wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 11:18 pmHe's not alone though.Smendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 11:16 pmI'm particularly interested in who ComeOnYouOs credits since he is always quick to slag club staff off but seems to be struck dumb when positive things happen.

I'd hope to see a replacement for Marvin and maybe a full back . I think we're OK on the wings and up front .Mistadobalina wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:47 pm Our weakest position addressed.
