How do you work out what the player turn manager wants you to do if he struggles to communicate?

Isn't the common theme that Embleton is a vastly more experienced coach than Fletcher?

I think the main requirement of a football manager is not how he talks interlectually but his man management skills.
Clough, Shankly, Ferguson, Klopp and many others namely Edinburgh.
