If I want cooking advice I seek a chef that can actually cook - not a cook that reads the books and then tries to instruct me how to cook and I could not care less if the real expierenced player turned manager can't put a sentence together - as a footballer I am sure I work out want he wants me to do within the team

How do you work out what the player turn manager wants you to do if he struggles to communicate?

I think the main requirement of a football manager is not how he talks interlectually but his man management skills.
Clough, Shankly, Ferguson, Klopp and many others namely Edinburgh.
