Where to start...

Firstly, the original post asked if it was racist...I therefore assume they dont mind when they get an answer.

Secondly, can you not see, or attempt to see how posted a link with an article about a street party, insinuating that all the people there were BAME, insinuating that their own stupidity is a direct cause of people actually DYING is at the very least, offensive and lazy but at worst racist?

Thirdly, white people haven't been out, nah?

Theres more, but you probably know the rest.

I'm sure Hancock will be in touch with you guys shortly for your expert views.

Anytime people go out and ignore social distancing, Black or White, beaches or street parties, then yes their own stupidity is a direct cause of the virus spreading and possibly a cause of more deaths. And in answer to your question Yes, a huge number of white people have been out as well but there is not a call for an enquiry in to the number of white people dying.

There was a big fuss made at the start of the pandemic that victims had underlying health issues, as though that made their death any less serious. Those with underlying Heath issues were then advised to shield until the end of June.
If those people, including myself, ignored the advice and a higher than normal percentage of victims were discovered to have underlying health issues would there be an enquiry to investigate why as well?

If I posted a link, at the start of the pandemic, of a rave that broke out after the 'Diabetic and Asthma sufferers of the UK' convention would you think that that rave was a direct reason as to why people with diabetes and asthma were more likely to die from corona virus?

At the start of the pandemic probably not, 10 weeks in to lockdown then Yes.

Is this also the reason why the Russia Report is delayed in release?

Perhaps it's also the reason the the Covid-19 App. isn't working?

How much longer can this bunch of dangerous lunatics keep lying to the British People and have them 'believe' they're doing a good job?
They will still be in power even after the next election, get used to it fella

People who come on here obviously can't read. I said could the " party " be A reason ( NOT THE SOLE REASON ). Obviously BAME people are more likely to have high risk jobs, perhaps something in their genetic make-up, poor housing, crowded households, poor diet etc etc...But a party like that & the demonstrations are stupid to the Nth degree especially as all the other factors. Don't let you efforts to be ultra fair, excuse the unexcusable.

Did I misread you ask if it was racist?

Two people said it was. The problem is with you, not anyone else.

You don't have to accept that, it's up to you, but that's your problem not mine.

If one person thinks you’ve made a racist comment it’s one too many in my book.

I know everyone has different standards.

Again accept what you want. I hope some people reflect on their views, preconceptions and how they use language, after what’s happened in the world in the last weeks. If one person does, it’s a positive :)

'this sort of thing' being a single street party that could obviously have no impact on the higher proportion of BAME deaths. It sounds like you're implying that minority groups are more likely to do something stupid like this or are inherently more feckless, which does sound kind of racist, even if it wasn't intended that way.
