We must have some sort of insurance in place that covers a scenario like this.
I believe we didn't have keyman insurance in place. I highly doubt we will have anything to cover this.

We sold about 4000 Season tickets
Average attendance is 5600
So thats 1600 tickets sold per game
Not sure what the average ticket price is, if its £15 then thats 24k on tickets lost/deferred. Plus merchandise and food.

I wonder why some people think our owners have bottomless pits of money. Get real! The investment made by these brilliant rescuers is huge, the return probably zero. Why should they keep pumping money in when moaners on here just criticise just about everything they do.
Pathetic is a word that springs to mind.
We have our club, we have potential under the new owners ,for God's sake either zip it or go somewhere else. You are not worthy to call yourself an Orient Fan. Are you for real and actually attend and support us, or just an armchair critic with nothing better to do?
I imagine most ST holders will happily forgo any offer of a refund, though why we should be offered one is beyond me. I support my club and contribute when I can. I'd be curious to know if any of these moaners put there hands in their pockets when the club was about to fold and if they did how many left the money in the fund, just in case.
Football is an expensive business and will not survive without the fans support.
Just think of someone else for once. Self employed are really going to suffer with this virusas our income is not guaranteed, no work no money. It is as simple as that. But for my club I bought a season ticket, end of. If there are no more games I will SAVE money as no train fare, no programme, no refreshments, no visit to the shop.
What do you want ? Memories or a future.

Memories, a future and refund on the unused part of our season tickets, please.

Just offer a reduced price season ticket for next season to adjust for lost home game attendance
That's far too sensible a suggestion, can't be doing with that
If Macklin is smart about this he should be using the refund / discount to get current ST holders to renew as this season's home performances haven't done much to help drive future sales.
For a no-revenue-loss method give any ST renewal 4 free away day streams, sorted.

Yes I don’t think we should expect a refund on our season ticket.
I’ve also bought additional tickets for the Exeter game on 25th April for friends, but I guess that may still take place.
I can’t understand why Cheltenham wasn’t cancelled. 60,000 punters all crammed in together.
In some instances money seems to be more important than lives. I totally agree with you that Cheltenham should have been cancelled or put on hold. As for the Liverpool v Ath. Madrid going ahead with 3000 Madrid supporters in the ground I find that unbelievable. I think the lack of firm decisions from the government people are deciding what action is best for them .
