Ha, no that was Derek GriffithS
He was on play school with Floella Benjamin and Brian Cant
If you're familiar with the film 'planes, trains and automobiles' you'll be familiar with the Del Griffith I'm talking about

At least we have a chance of competing with Ebou now Cisse is on board.
Still gives me nightmares to think how he single handedly demolished Wright, Clay and especially Gorman, who he mugged off all over the pitch.

Yes, in other words John Candy. Very good actor, and died so young, tragic.

I was determined to raise an army and lay siege to FGR dugout in vengeance for the almighty slur made upon Embleford by their manager.
Then I realised it didn’t happen

Re: Who's going to Forest Green next Sat?
Could make for some proper pathos on Saturday. One of the most bucolic settings for league football, a well-to-do Cotswold village with only a handful (or largely swanky) pubs descended upon by a braying mob of malodourous overweight middle-aged men (and twinky apprentices) hell-bent on revenge for some beastly (and unsubstantiated) remarks made by that simply howwid Mark Cooper. And FGR don't have anything even remotely resembling a firm to act as the focal point for this pent-up frustration.
Who or what will bear the brunt of the grunt? Or will it be lots of the usual performative bluster that will just harsh everyone else's afternoon?
