Ross has 3 hours to explain everything O's Fans could possibly want to know about little leyton orient .
Id sack him for that over bad results anyday !!

4 minutes into this and he's admitted the only reason he took the job full time is because the board assured him that he was doing a good job, despite poor results. You couldn't make this sh*t up
I really feel sorry for Ross.

Ok I've listened through that section and you do say the role was offered to 2 external candidates who both turned us down, you go on to say it was offered to Calderwood and then you say it was offered to Adams. Ross remained silent.

Shame that Adams turned it down. Do we know for sure why he turned it down, other than a guess about working with a DoF/coaching staff which he'd have known about during the process?

I have listened back but don’t specifically remember saying that but if we did say that then that’s our mistake. Adams was in contention. He wasn’t offered the job.

I believe I remember Lingy saying at that sweary meet the fans thing that he met 6 people for a coffee, wanted to formally interview 4 but that 2 of them turned us down because they wanted to bring their own men etc.
Is that right?

That has been said previously redo, so correct in what you say, it was never said who the 2 were, if you think back the consensus on here was that Campbell was one of them.
