I don't think so. That will be one of the things that the Brit negotiators will cave in on first. Probably just as well, before Britain joined the EEC we had practically fished the North Sea fish to extinction . It was only the EEC rules that helped it to recover. Besides, if Britain gets to catch as much fish as it wants to, who are they going to sell it to? Not the EU as it currently does that's for sure

Why wouldnt he change his own law if he isnt getting the best deals for Britain ?
Whether it is deals with the U.S China Canada or even Europe. Makes no sense to say he wont ever change
a law.
Britain has always tried to construct the best deal it can for itself . I see no reason why that wont continue.
