Someone mentioned NDA's earlier
Anyone know the answer to these two questions?
1..What happens if theres a NDA, but you say stuff anyway
2. Is there a period of time when the NDA 'runs' out, so if you say stuff 10 years later etc

If there's a NDA you don't do an interview on that subject, end of.

Totally depends on the terms of the NDA. No two are the same and the period after which they become ineffective also depends on the terms.

One of those things must have been fitness, something we are still struggling with today. Strange others can’t see we are not fit enough.

I think you are confusing being able to be fitter with being overall better athletes.
Many of Usain Bolt's competitors are as fit as him, just not as fast!

1 You get given a lump of money on the proviso that you keep your mouth shut about what happened. If you do spill the beans, then you can be sued for that money.
2 Depends on what's written into the contract but you wouldn't expect a time frame on something like this, it'd be indefinite.
