Who ever you bring in needs to have pace as the team is sadly lacking in that dept.

Brown or Red Sauce?

Do you agree that Paddington 2 is the best filem ever produced? If not what is your favourite?

Hugh Grant said it's the best thing he's ever been in, and that includes Elizabeth Hurley, so Ross had better agree.

This is a really important question. Please ask this.

Ross - the players don't seem to be as fit this season as they did last. Do you think this is connected with Ling's decision to bin off the old Performance team, and bring in some of his pals?

Also - we know that you are generally very well-liked by the squad, so why do you think that by far and away the best spell we've had with you in charge was when the players (and you) knew you were stepping down?

Do you think you have nurtured, improved and developed many players in the squad? If so, who and how?

1....We have three goalkeepers in the squad now, presumably 1 will go in the summer..which?

2.....Have the owners told you there will be funds for new players in this current window

Excellent question because a central midfielder like that is an absolute must

The recent statement by Kent Teague that we are only bringing players in who are capable of playing in Division One is a good one

Does that mean we are mostly looking at players from that division or are we still considering / scouting players from this division or lower? Lots of good players in the National League...

Some great questions here.

Could somebody please advise which ones were asked and what Ross’s answers to them were? Cheers.

Apparently according to PW only questions from the OTF were asked. Boyce has proper got his feet under the table on the Orient hour!!!!

How many times he been on this season, might as rename it the OTF hour sponsored by Lee Boyce!

I dont think any questions posted from on here were used and there were some good ones asked, they said they were using twitter questions makes asking on here totally redundant because it didn't fit someones agenda.

It was all pretty sanitised with a fair amount of arse licking and back slapping, Lee Boyce at one stage intimated that there was a mixed reation amongst fans to Ross's appointment and swiftly dug himself out by saying he thought it was a decent call.

Ross was his usual open self and came across well but the questions were predictable and not exactly challenging.

The only question that remotely covered something on here was in a quick fire question section when someone asked the pivotal -suit or tracksuit?
heavy stuff.

If there were no questions asked from on here then I won't bother listening to the recording .

Why bother if your not going to ask any that were posed on here? My question for example was decent yet was ignored, others too. How many times are you going to ask this board for input then just ignore it? Once again it demonstrates your willingness to massage and satisfy egos at the club rather than ask good, decent and probing questions.

I personally can’t invest my time in the show anymore and for that reason I’m out.

Thor, the 1st half of your question was used, as were elements of several questions from here. However some of the questions on here are stupid, insulting, and a complete waste of time.
Steve Tongue is a former BBC and LBC journo, he also was a football writer for The Independent Newspaper. He went through lots of questions sent in on here, the other forum, twitter and email and tried to put elements of as many as reasonably possible into his questions. We obviously wouldn't ask the stupid and insulting ones.
Thankfully other than on here the majority seem to have enjoyed the show.
