A work mate is a Mariners fan, and I’m thinking I’m pleased I didn’t crow when we thumped them at their place earlier in the season, for I fear it’ll be Embleton v Holloway this Saturday, and am not expecting us to come out on top. Let’s hope I’m wrong.

I think many will try to portray it as just that - Embleton vs Holloway - it’s not ! Ultimately players will decide the outcome one way or the other.

I’m interested to see what this new keeper looks like, but that’s about it.
Will he even start ? Is he fit ? He didn’t play one game for the club he’s left , so how is he fit

Don't really need much fitness for a keeper really do you?
Brill came in and he had retired for a couple of years. At least Vigs has been training as a player.

I agree. If he doesn't play on Saturday this would probably be the likely cause .

If Ogie's International Clearance is anything to go by, we should see him in the pre season friendlies.

I fear that this will be a comfortable win for Grimsby, unless Embleton can inspire the lads to put in a good performance.
I am totally against Ross appointment, and will not support him in anyway. So much so that the Grimsby game is a no brainer, I actually wish we are mullered and following games to the point that T+T will be forced to get rid of Ross and Martin. The hangover has gone on to long, if the players can't get their heads in gear again, then only option is a new broom starting with Ross, Martin and players that still can't adapt. As history says "The king is dead, long live the King"

918 it ain't going to happen, they are both in their roles for the next year at least. I hear what you're saying, but that tree your barking at is rather high right now.
