Travis apologising is a classic management trait of taking responsibility for something even though it wasn't entirely his own fault rather than making excuses or blaming someone.

Enjoyed it. They are very open and engaging owners - however I would have liked to hear the question " would you have considered any other managers with such a recent poor record"

Would have been a good question, but I guess the out there is the knowledge of Orient, the way we work and being the right fit.

Yeah. And I think that's why I'm most disappointed by this decision. I thought they were a bit more ambitious than this.

Yeah. Perhaps thinking they were well ahead in their previous plan for getting out of non league so playing it slower this time.
