Part of me is thinking that T&T aren’t daft, and they’ve just been playing their cards close to their chests, and despite all the expectations it’ll be RE, we’ll hear an announcement anytime soon that it’ll be Tisdale, and we’ll all wonder how we ever thought that they were going to get this decision so very wrong. And then I’ll probably wake up :x

I don't actually care who is manager!
I saw my first Orient game at 8 years old, 67 years ago. I can't remember against who but it was a Combination game. I've been through all the ups, all the downs and even remember putting money in the bucket to keep the club alive. All I want is a stable club that is as near self sufficient as possible and I believe that’s what the Directors are trying to achieve. As a bonus I want success whether it is with Ross or A.N.Other.
What worries me is if we have a fudge. With the death of Justin we put Ross in charge on the proviso that he could go back to his former job if it didn't work out. It didn't work out so we appointed Fletcher and the coaching team went back to its former role. Fletcher didn't work out so he left and the coaching team again took control. An unusual situation as the head coach normally appoints his own back up team.
As I see it the Board are now in the same difficult position as previous. That is we have the coaching team in temporary charge and promised jobs under any new manager. Will a new manager worth his sort take the job without his own staff?
The fudge! Appoint Ross on an 18 month contract. Unlikely to down with the demise of Bury. No progress at the end of the season, pay them off and employ a manager with his choice of back up staff. Costs money but gets the Board out of a nightmare situation

Mackin said sometime next week. Yeah ,we all know Embleton' will be getting it .
Ross openly said he did not want to be the main man but no 2. Once you make that decision and I admire him for saying it then in the interest of the club you should stick by it. If he now takes the job he would have lost my respect I have for him. The doubts of whether he can handle the job must still be in his mind and that is not the way forward.
