The problem is that if we appoint a manager, he will come to the same conclusions as Fletcher did, and tgen when the board/staff/players don't like it he'll get the sack like Fletcher.

I think as long as the bottom 2 teams keep losing , like today, nothing will change.

Some tough decisions will need to be taken if the club is to move forward . If our board can't make those type of decisions than we'll need to carry on hoping Stevenage and Morecambe carry on losing as well . Our board will need to ask themselves if that's good enough for them .

That's one of the questions the board will need to ask themselves . Who runs this club, the board or the players ?
