This woman should be banged up.

It's not exactly like that, but you do get a discount on sentence of up to 1/3 for an early guilty plea.Thor wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 11:21 am The police are apparently going to use the 999 call as he says she tried to kill me, and the video evidence of the police where she went mental flipped a table and had to be forecabke held down and arrested. She’s trying to save her skin by pleading not guilty, but as Spen knows the court takes into consideration an early plea of guilt and does not like it when you fail to do so.
Things just got interesting, if she loses her career is over.
I take it you got rid pretty quickly after that?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 12:57 pm I was a victim myself, a long time ago ( 1995). My ex-wife hit me over the head with a cricket bat. She hit me so hard, the blade shattered into three pieces.
Ive kept those pieces to this day. Needless to say it hurt like hell, and i had a bump on my head the size of a cricket ball.
I didnt go to the police, though with hindsight i wish i had, because violence anywhere should be reported

If you behave yourself going forward it won't attract any more observations statements

A regular cricket bat.nothing special of expensive. As I said it was 22 years ago, and largely forgotten. The thread reminded me of it.Disoriented wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 3:05 pmSorry to hear that COYOs.
What type of bat was it?
At least you called stumps on the relationship which is fair enough.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 3:13 pmA regular cricket bat.nothing special of expensive. As I said it was 22 years ago, and largely forgotten. The thread reminded me of it.
Before anyone else asks , if i hit her back, the answer is no. I cant hit a woman under any circumstances , so she got away with it
Thanks

If you don't like my posts use the ignore function instead of ruining threads for everyone with your personal attacks.
It's not too much to ask is it?
I certainly do no need you to tell me what to do.
Its nice to know that you put your personal hatred of me (someone you do not know and haven't met) above a debate on DV and brave people like ComeOnYouOs revealingsuch a personal event in his life
If you feel the need to launch personal attacks, why not start a thread and keep your hate and abuse from derailing other threads.
Maybe if you had concentrated on either law or accountancy rather than attempt both you may of been a more approachable character.
If I recall you had no comment when I pointed out you had been found out posting under two different names from the same computer and how many topics did you contaminate with your perverse weird behaviour
As for this topic I notice I have contributed a reasonable amount (in addition to dealing with you again) before the boarder revealed his ex wife had hit him over the head with the bat
You I would not want to meet assuming I could catch you speeding up the motorway another topic by you
If you are so perfect why don't you post more about lofc - assuming you actually do support lofc
Sorry to hear that and well done for walking away when you did. I hope you’ve found peace and happiness since.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 3:03 pmYESThor wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 1:21 pmI take it you got rid pretty quickly after that?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 12:57 pm I was a victim myself, a long time ago ( 1995). At least there’s been no long term damage....ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 12:57 pm I was a victim myself, a long time ago ( 1995). My ex-wife hit me over the head with a cricket bat. She hit me so hard, the blade shattered into three pieces.

ComeOnYouOsComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Wed Dec 25, 2019 1:13 pm Making jokes about domestic violence maybe isn't too clever.
There's an element of sexism here too. Let me explain.
If a woman was attacked and beaten by a man, I don't think anyone would dream of making a joke about it, but if a man is attacked by a woman, somehow"it's not so bad" to make jokes?
I contributed to a thread, about an experience I had many years ago..... Had I thought anyone would deem any aspect of it amusing, I wouldn't have..... And I'm damn sure I won't in future
