You are usually the first to say 'innocent until proven guilty', cant think why you arent taking that stance this time.
Erm at no point have I said or even suggested he is guilty.
Diane Abbotts son has however been charged with 3 offences , 2 of which are assaults on Emergency Workers.
It could be rather embarrassing for a future Home Secretary and responsible for the police, that her son is accused of assaulting the police , including by spitting at them, when she has spoken out against police using spit hoods.
Stop making things up I gave never said Dianne Abbotts son is guilty.
I never said you said he was guilty. Cant you read?

No you just gave lots of reasons why he didnt receive bail
You know that type of thing
No bail in case he commits another offence
No bail in case he is still black *
No bail in case he is still abbots son *
* these are not spens words bit subliminal
messages trying to depict a person is guilty.
Classical tactics of Constable Savage

Abbott won't get the gig if Labour are elected but given some of the things our current Home Secretary has been up to, not to mention her attitude towards people in need, I know who I would choose.
This on both counts.

Sorry for you, but I was quoting the Bail Act which sets out the legal basis around bail and the only basis bail can be refused

What surprises me in all this is that a smart privately educated young lad should get himself into such a position with the polis.
Are you saying that the Standard link is incorrect? They post much the same info as in the Standard link, so I'm not sure how you can say the Metro link is correct but the Standard link is not.
Fortunately my.spellin is irrelevant as im ot in a court of law.
Have you not got yourself banned yet ?
Being Spen is obviously vetting to you.
Its tough at the TOP

I accept that he is innocent and that his peers will decide guilt based on evidence. However, biting a person and even worse spitting at someone is a pretty low thing to do. Absolutely disgusting.

Surely it depends on what the cops were doing to him? It's all relative.

And you would be putting up the same defensive comments if the young man in question was the son of a Conservative or Liberal Democrat MP ?

I can accept that, for now. However, I was walking past that building today and there’s plenty of armed old bill there, why would you want to start an argument with a heckler and Koch? They didn’t harass me, in fact they said good morning as I walked past them, strange they didn’t want to do anything to me, then again I wasn’t doing anything for them to want to do anything to me.

Like you said it’s all relative.
Indeed it is. How often are you down that way?

Seems that the charge sheet got a whole lot bigger. 11 offences including exposing himself, assault along with and racially/religiously Criminal damage.
He intends to please not guilty, if proven true what a scum bag, mostly against nhs workers.

Seems indefensible if true.

So much for a private education
10 000 a year!

£10k a year doubt it, £10k a term probably where he went. Going to be hard pressed to find private education for less than £16k a year and that’s a cheap one, more likely around £18-20k is the norm.

Yeah, it didn't do much good for Boris and chums either.
