Until there is a viable replacement, Clay has to start.

Ling doesn’t.

Marsh for Clay. Even Gorman for Clay.

Turley for Ling. Release Judd.

Both Marsh and Gorman have had a go and been even worse.

I think you do know why, it was wrong then and it’s wrong now. He never earnt it, last year he was poor, really poor, so he goes up a level and get rewarded, unbelievable Jeff.

I’m sure we could argue on indefinitely about who has been the least sh*t but you get my drift. No one has laid claim to the shirt.

I’m afraid not after today. Was an absolutely insipid showing and that’s being generous

No argument from me on that front.

Was one of the few at the Brighton game. Clay did very little in the first half and in the second half seemed to make a positive decision to avoid the ball. Very strange. Missed today's game but must be dropped it seems

Clay is desperate at the matches ive seen so far this season. Has a great ability to point shout & shake his head though.

Clay was incapable of making the step up into League football when he got promoted with Grimsby. No idea why anyone would be surprised that he hasn’t made the step up with us. Nowhere near good enough on the ball and half a yard slow off of it. Marsh is inexperienced and doesn’t get his head up early enough to properly assess his options when he plays a pass, but he’s light-years ahead of Clay (and the monumentally excrement Gorman). Jobi can’t get fit soon enough.
