Pile of rubbish, his interview is up. He just repeats himself over and over again.

Only 1 minute 30 I reckon some of that has been cut out.

Maybe that's why Ling gave him the job. They both understood each other.

In all honesty, I think I'd rather have Davis back than Fletcher .
Last time I can remember us playing really neat possession type of football was under George Petchey, but at that time, he had FAR better players to work with than what we have now. All in all, you cannot make a silk purse out of a sows ear, so we have to play a style of football that is in keeping with the skill levels of the players that we have at our disposal.
Common sense. Play to our players strengths with a system they understand and can manage. Takes a little more experience than reading a few books. World of difference between theory and practice.
Of course ! How can you compare shall we say the fullbacks of the Petchey team that season to what we have now !!
The very skillful right back David Payne ( till late in the season when he broke his leg ) now Sam Ling.
Left back Bill Rofffey and now Joe Widdowson !!
Chalk and cheese and you could go on with comparing the players of that wonderful team to now, immense difference in skill levels !
Such a shame we got pipped for promotion to the old Division One that year, down to just one point from what I recall ?

He says theres lots to work on, he has said that in every single interview. If that's the case why are you not working on it then? Cos this team has gone backwards under you, no fight, no desire, no one is smiling anymore. You have driven what was a happy team after Ross's last game to a team who seem to not care less under you, that's down to you and not them.

Pretty much sums it up.
