No it probably comes down to the fact we are here on this planet for a short time and so people want to do the best they can and earn as much as they can so as to have the best life they can.
Labour wants to stop upward movement and aspiration and the tories want to encourage it. I guess that’s a big big factor in people’s decisions.
Your having a giraffe right?

Who could support an anti-Semitic party like Marxist Labour?
People who know that such claims are nonsense made up by those afraid of Jezzas socialist ideals
So why are the Equality and Human Rights Commission investigating Labour? The only other party to ever be investigated is the BNP!!!!!!
Facts dont lie
True, but the lefties on here don't want to talk about that, I wonder why?

Excellent idea for a thread and very useful. It has allowed me to identify another 6 Boarders who need to be foed because they don't agree with my views.

Of course he hasn't. The Board has been in agreement on that for some time now. Please pay attention.

Not voting.
This last few years has proven to me that they are all a bunch of self serving tossers who have ignored a previous public vote.
I just hope that a lot of current MPs lose their seat and place on the gravy train.
If you don’t vote which is of course is your right, you and others like you who don’t vote will be a major influence on who gets elected in your area and who if any party has a a majority or another hung parliament.

If he doesn't want to vote that is surely an option too. Some of us just don't do politics.

Of course if he doesn’t want to vote that is an option, however politics effects almost everything in people’s everyday life.
If you are not interested in influencing almost everything in your own personal life that is very sad and allows others to work against you.

Yeah but the politicians are all the same. They're all just in it for themselves.

The constituency that I now live in will have such a Labour majority that my vote will have precisely no impact on the result whatsoever.
I was always of the opinion that voting should be compulsory but this Brexit farce has changed that opinion. I always thought, obviously mistaken, that MPs were voted in to represent there constituents but Brexit has proved me wrong with such an important issue coming down to party politics and MPs working to their own agenda.
Politics might effect everyones lives but there are also a huge number of people that would diehardly vote Tory or Labour regardless even if their party put a steaming turd up to stand in their constituency so again my non vote wont make a difference.
Makes virtually no difference to me who wins; what one party gives me the other takes away and vice versa.

Absolutely 100% correct but burying your head in the sand is surely insane.
Who in their right mind would actively encourage others that have different views from them and adversely effect their lives to disadvantage them ?

I think that you are drastically overestimating my opinion and vote fella. If peoples view were listened to we would be out of the EU by now.

Only one reason we're not out of the EU and that reason is the tory party. Make them pay for it at the polls.

See you say this as a Labour voter. I'm not getting in to an argument with you but if all parties had worked together, as per how the constituencies voted, we might well be out of the EU now but party politics kicked in. Everything that was put forward the opposition was against, as per any other political issue.

It was the Tories under Calamity May who never adopted the approach you wanted and the Tory far right Extremists who blocked Brexit.

Whatever. Although correct me if Im wrong but did Labour agree with any of the proposals?
Anyway, I'm finished with it and leave you all to vote for your preferred steaming turds.

Labour is as divided over Europe as any other. The sad thing his steptoe is a brexiteer but he so scared of his own shadow and his hard left momentum friends he's too scared to say what he actually believes now that he's leader. Go back through his history and it's clear he wants out of the eu, just not now cos it does not fit his parties agenda.
