Yes, but that was from within the club and somebody had to take charge .PoundhillO wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 11:57 amThey managed to identify an interim Manager though, strange that.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 11:25 amDon't you think that maybe the club was grieving after the passing of Justin and that's why we weren't out immediately looking for somebody new .

Initially I was really suprised that someone had to explain this. Then I realised it was Poundhill and it all makes sense as to why it needed to be explained. Not sure why we need to hold his hand through such basic stuff.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 2:26 pmYes, but that was from within the club and somebody had to take charge .PoundhillO wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 11:57 amThey managed to identify an interim Manager though, strange that.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 11:25 am

Re: This is how to recruit a manager.
You don't identify a replacement manager until you know who's fully available. Football changes daily, as is proven with Neil Harris now becoming available. Best to keep your options open until needed.
Let's be honest none of us have a foggiest how management recruitment procedures work even the well versed BS oracles Bygrave, Disinterested & PoundshopO.
The biggest problem is us....... Fans. Stoke fans want Jones out, Spurs fans unbelievably want Pochettino out, Sunderland fans want Jack Ross out & 2 weeks ago a noisy handful on here wanted Embleton out.
None of us are experts, stop pretending we are & let's get behind whoever is in charge & let the professionals do their jobs.

Funny that, I would say he was professional as a manager. He had just taken us as far as he could at the time. Are you telling me Dean Smith who is now a Premier League manager wasn't professional as well ?Byways1 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 12:45 amAre you telling me that Ling is a professional :O my gawd wrote: ↑Sat Oct 05, 2019 9:29 pm You don't identify a replacement manager until you know who's fully available. All I see from you on here is constant negativity aimed at the club & certain individuals. Yet I bet when the owners are over & on their walkabouts at games you'd be up there shaking hands & kissing ar$E as you wouldn't have the bo11ocks to say any of your BS to their face.

How to recruit a manager .
Do you really think they recruit by using cvs ?
Most just google the candidates nane & go
Won loads, won some, not won enough , won F*ck all.
Only someone like the cowley brothers would have cvs
Looked at.
Its probably easier to say we are having difficulty
Finding someone who like dunkin coffee.
( sorry Nige) than say its about cvs
