Both Kabia and Scartlett have had 2 touches each in the oppo penalty area, not good enough.

Fashional thing to do. But not stylish. Or functional.
Big Phil does the same. No way it is helpful for mobility.

Unpopular opinion - Charlie is much less obviously out of his depth at RWB vs CM/No10.

A goal yes, but so toothless in the final third.

Fans won’t care if he’s banging goals in, problem is he’s not.

Don't disagree, it's a role that requires a lot of running and he's if nothing else a willing runner.

Generally that half was really bad. Have relied upon Baxter and Burton missing a sitter to not be at least level.

We will do well to hang on here. Kabia and Scarlett look like they've never met, and Kabia in particular can't hold a ball or his shorts up. Got to say I'm fairly underwhelmed with the pair of them.

Forrester immense again, would that some of the others had that commitment. Kabia would struggle to hold up a tray, Scarlett obviously shattered after his first couple of pro games.

Definitely.

But he’s got Stevens behind him pretty much playing as a RB and picking up their left winger. All WJ1 had to do is mark their left back when out of possession.

Offensively he’s done nothing. Compare to Morris on the other side who has made several runs beyond their back line. And he hasn’t got the luxury of left back behind him.

Its almost as if the entire weird line up and player selection has been done to suit WJ1

We are terrible. They just get through us like we're just standing still. How we are winning is unbelievable

A lot of you may not like this next bit, but, Kabia and Scarlett are both useless.... Neither good enough for this league, and because we have nothing up front, we will struggle this season

Set pieces are our best hope, and then pray the defence can keep our opponents at bay

Morris was fortunate not to concede another penalty
Burton clearly targeting that side

Disturbing that Webster has had a free shot at goal when we're playing three in midfield, nobody picking him up.

As I've written before Kabia & Scarlett will probably each get about 9 -12 goals from open play (i.e. not penalties) each this season. Neither are a Kelman or Ballard yet. Maybe next season.

DD still got interference on his commentary.

Lol never change, Qin.

Re: Kabia wasn't convinced before he joined, and still not convinced now.

Scarlett will come good, just needs a bit more time.

The main issue is that we're currently prioritising defensive solidity at the expense of attacking threat - there's not much they can do without service/support.

He really needs to learn to stay on his feet and not get baited into lunging in.

Equaliser. And in DD's words, "Leyton Orient switched off". And Matt Hiscock states, a sloppy goal to concede.

Got a 2- 1 defeat written all over it
Just knew it. Any other manager would get a result with these players, but not Wellens, love affair over he has to go

The way WJ1 let their 4 just run past him is f*cking disgusting.

Any other player does that, they’re hooked immediately and sent out on loan to some northern hellhole.

Assumed Big Phil coming on in the back 3, Stevens to RWB and WJ1 hooked.

But no. Morris off and Chinedu to LWB. WTAF?

CW will be off in a min, 66mins too late…
Honestly not sure how RW can keep playing him, offers absolutely nothing
Connolly will score winner
